    【摘要】近年来，随着医院的飞速发展，新护士的大量引进，低年资护士在临床一线所占的比例越来越大，手术室又是全院工作量最大、且为高风险科室，如何保证护理质量及手术患者安全是手术室护理管理者必须思考的问题。护士能级管理模式根据我国护理人力资源状况提出了新的发展思路和趋势。我院手术室自2004年1月始全面实施护士能级管理模式，按照护士的技术职称、工作年限、护士的工作能力及工作职责等因素，将护士划分成不同的专业组，实施能级对应的排班、排台模式，取得良好的效果。

    【Abstract】In recent years, with the development of hospitals, the increasing numbers of nurses, the ratio of young nurses is becoming bigger and bigger, the operation room occupies the most workloads and has the highest risk in the hospital, therefore ,how to guarantee the quality of nursing and the safety of the patients undergoing surgeries is the problem which the managers of the operating room must think over. The level management mode provides new way of thinking and trend according to the status of nursing resources of our country. The operation room of our hospital began to use the level management mode in January 2004, the nurses are divided into different professional teams according to factors such as their working ability and responsibility, at the same time, the rank shifts mode was conducted and achieved good results. ......
