    【摘要】目的: 应用前臂远端蒂皮神经营养血管皮瓣急诊修复手、腕部多部位软组织缺损。方法: 根据不同创面的位置，分别采用前臂内(n34)、外侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣(n58)，急诊修复手、腕部软组织缺损92例。结果: 术后随访3～18个月，82例皮瓣全部成活，其中优56例，良28例，可8例，优良率达91.3%。结论: 前臂远端蒂皮神经营养血管皮瓣血运丰富、创伤小，应用于急诊修复手、腕部软组织缺损操作简便、覆盖完全、并发症少、成活率高，值得推广。
