隆颏术联合BoTox-A注射术在咬肌不对称性肥大并小颏畸形中的应用(1)

【摘要】目的：观察联合手术用于咬肌不对称性肥大并小颏畸形的临床效果，同时探讨不同药物注射剂量、层次对咬肌不对称性肥大的调整治疗效果。方法：采用联合术式，对25例小颏畸形伴双侧咬肌不对称性肥大的患者进行治疗，对于小颏畸形、下颏后缩，有针对性地进行下颏假体塑形及植入；对双侧咬肌不对称性肥大的患者，通过调整药物剂量、注射层次，行 BoTox-A肌内注射术。结果：随访22例，半年内隆颏术满意率90%，咬肌肥大注射术满意率90%，双侧咬肌不对称性肥大调整治疗满意率90%。1年半后随访，隆颏术满意率仍90%，咬肌肥大注射术满意率60%。结论：将隆颏术和BoTox-A注射术联合应用，并通过调整BoTox-A注射的剂量和层次治疗双侧咬肌不对称性肥大，可以充分改善小颌畸形，并且使下面部轮廓趋于紧致、对称。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical effects of combined operations in the treatment of the asymmetric hypertrophy of the masseter muscle and micrognathia, to explore the effect of Adjustment of the drug injection dose and level in the treatment of asymmetry hypertrophy of the masseter muscle. Methods:Treated 25 patients of the asymmetric hypertrophy of the masseter muscle and micrognathia with combined operation。For micrognathia, to use prosthesis micrognathia shaping and implant. For the patient of the both-sides asymmetric hypertrophy of the masseter muscle, to use BoTox A intramuscular injection. Results:The follow up of 22 cases after 6 months shows that the satisfaction rate of the micrognathia augmentation surgery is 90%, and the satisfaction rate of the injection surgery of the masseter muscle asymmetric hypertrophy is 90%, and the satisfaction rate of the adjustment treatment of the both-sides asymmetry of hypertrophy of the masseter muscle is 90%. The follow up after 18 months shows that the satisfaction rate of the micrognathia augmentation surgery is still 90%, and the satisfaction rate of the injection surgery of the masseter muscle asymmetric hypertrophy is 60%. Conclusion:The combined application of micrognathia augmentation surgery and Botox A injection，and adjusting the dose and levels of BotoxA injection, not only can fully improve the micrognathia, but also can make the lower facial contours more perfect.
