【摘要】目的探讨小骨窗手术治疗高血压脑出血的护理。方法通过对16例高血压脑出血患者小骨窗手术的护理，观察患者日常生活能力行为的提高和对病人预后的影响。结果16例高血压后脑出血患者通过小骨窗手术达到生活自理能力以上的占81.2%。结论小骨窗手术创伤小，加之正确的护理可以提高术后病人的生活质量，降低病残率。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To approach the nursing of the patients who suffer hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and undergo surgery through little bone window approach. Method: Through the nursing to 16 patients who suffered hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and underwent surgery through little bone window approach, to observe the effect of nursing to elevate the patients’ activity of daily living and improve the prognosis. Result: It was found that 81.2% patients who suffered hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and underwent surgery through little bone windowget the self-care living ability. Conclusion: The surgery through little bone window has little surgical trauma. Correct nursing can enhance the life quality of patients, and decrease morbidity. ......
