【摘要】目的：观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗化疗相关性手足综合症(HFS)的疗效。方法：接受希罗达化疗的不同癌症患者42人，其在化疗过程中出现HFS共115次(同一患者可重复出现此症状)，按照其症状出现次数随机分为MEBO组与对照组治疗，比较患者HFS毒性降级的时间。结果：MEBO组HFS降级的平均时间较对照组缩短2.1天，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：MEBO治疗化疗相关性手足综合症改善了化疗患者的生活质量，提高了患者对化疗的耐受性。

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the effect of Shirun shaoshang Gao(MEBO) in chemotherapy related hand-foot syndrome.Methods Of the total 42patients treated by Xeloda,115 man-time suffered hand-foot syndrome. The patients of equal grade were divided into two groups randomly. The syndrome downgrading time between two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the downgrading time of the experimental group treated by MEBO shortened 1.6days.The difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion MEBO improved patients’living quality and raised patients’tolerance to chemotherapy. ......
