血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和S-100B蛋白在急性脑梗死患者预测和预后评估中的临床意义(2)

结果显示，血清NSE和S-100B蛋白是两个较为敏感的特异性的神经元和神经胶质细胞损伤的指标，在脑梗死早期，影像学检查尚不能检查出是否可逆，早期的临床检查也难以判断神经症状是暂时还是永久存在时，检测血清NSE和S-100B蛋白水平更有意义。NSE和S-100B蛋白虽然在各类神经系统疾病中缺乏特异性，不能对脑梗死的诊断提供帮助，但对于病情的判断，预后评估治疗方案的调整等方面却有重要的意义。目前，关于脑损害后血清NSE和S-100B蛋白的研究多集中在脑损害后他们的动态变化以及与神经功能紊乱程度和预后相关性方面〖9〗，有关两者在预后评估价值对比性研究以及是否可以通过药物改变其浓度有待进一步研究。
