清通浓缩袋泡剂的质量研究(1)

摘要目的 建立清通浓缩袋泡剂的质量控制方法。方法 用薄层色谱法对清通浓缩袋泡剂中的主要药味大黄、番泻叶进行定性鉴别;并用紫外分光光度法以大黄素及总番泻苷为指标进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于识别。大黄素在2mg~14mg/L(R=0.9996)范围内线性范围良好,平均回收率为98.64%,RSD为0.70%,且紫外分光光度法精密度、重现性良好。结论 本方法可有效地控制清通浓缩袋泡剂的质量。

The Quality Control of Qingtong Tea Bag

Abstract Objective: To develop effective methods for Qingtong tea bag.Methods: TLC was performed to identify Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei and Cassia angustifolia vahl. The content of emodin and sennoside were determined by UV-spectrophotometry.Results: The linear range of emodin was 2mg~14mg/L, r=0.9996. The average recovery was 98.64% with RSD of 0.70%. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Qingtong tea bag.
