紫草中有效成分提取方法的研究

     摘要目的 优选紫草中有效成分的提取方法。方法.用乙醇60℃以下提取和CO2超临界萃取,用高效液相色谱法,以左旋紫草素含量为考察指标,进行不同提取方法的比较研究。结果:CO2超临界萃取法左旋紫草素含量是乙醇提取法的3倍。结论 紫草有效成分的提取以CO2超临界萃取法为优。萃取的条件是:萃取罐的温度为35℃,萃取压力为25Mpa,CO2流量为40L/h, 萃取时间为3h。

    Extraction methods of active constituents in radix lithospermi

    Abstract: Object to optimizc the method of extracting the active constituents from Chinese herb radix lithospermi. Methods use alcohol extraction under 60℃ and CO2–supercritical extraction, levoalkannin as the examining target, use HPLC to compare the different extracting methods. Result the content of levoalkannin with CO2–supercritical was three times than the alcohol extraction. Onclusing CO2–supercritical extraction was a better method to extract the active codstituents from radix lithospermi. The extraction conditions were: the temperature of extraction apparatus was 35℃, extraction pressure was 25 Mpa, the rate of flow of CO2 was 40L/h, the rxtraction time was 3h.
