ＨＰＬＣ法测定圣都痛宁中阿司匹林、咖啡因含量

【摘要】 目的：建立高效液相测定圣都痛宁中阿司匹林、咖啡因含量的方法。方法采用SymmetryC18(4.6mm×150mm，5μm)色谱柱，磷酸盐缓冲液 -甲醇(7:3)为流动相，254nm波长处检测。结果本方法阿司匹林、咖啡因的回收率分别是99.5%和100.4%，RSD分别是0.9%和0.8%(n=7)，阿司匹林和咖啡因的标准曲线范围分别是0.0776～0.2327 mg·ml-1 ，0.0094～0.2822 mg·ml-1。回归方程Aa= 5.14×106C+14197， Ac=3.17×107C+270.4；ra=0.999 9，rc=1.000 0，结论本方法简单、快速、准确、重现性好。
