浅析医院药房的药患纠纷(1)

     【摘要】 目的:防范药患纠纷,构建和谐社会。方法对医院药房常见的药患纠纷按引发的原因进行分类,探讨防范措施。结果药患纠纷成因复杂,主要由药房、社会和患者三方面构成,防范药患纠纷需强化管理,健全制度,改善服务态度,加强药患沟通,提高服务技巧。结论只有充分了解各种药患纠纷产生的原因,建立相应的防范措施,才能最大限度的减少和防止药患纠纷的发生。

    Analysis of disputes between pharmacy and patients in hospitals

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To prevent the disputes between pharmacy and patients in hospitals in the building of harmonious society.Method: The disputes between pharmacy and patients in the hospital were classified and the causes were analyzed.Result: The disputes were often caused with patient抯 complaints about errors dispensing and incomplete explanation when the pharmacists delivered drugs and with some social problems.Conclusion:Improving pharmacy management in hospitals following efficient working rules, serving the patients better, promoting skills and doing good communication with patients will avoid and decrease the disputes between pharmacy and patients in hospitals. ......
