【摘 要】目的：进行小儿乙肝疫苗接种，预防控制乙肝的传播和流行。方法：我社区从1992年开始对新生儿、婴幼儿乙肝疫苗接种，接种率逐年提高，目前接种率达99%。结果：乙肝病毒表面抗原携带率明显降低。 结论：接种乙肝疫苗是预防乙肝病毒感染的最有效手段， 具有良好的远期效果。
