[摘 要] 目的：研究腹泻门诊护理工作中所存在的风险因素以及应采取的风险管理措施。方法：将2011年1—5月腹泻门诊收治的患者97例作为对照组，将2011年6—11月腹泻门诊收治患者100例作为观察组。对照组接受常规护理，观察组实施护理风险管理，比较护理效果、结果：在实施了风险管理后观察组护理人员的风险防范意识、护理风险事件、患者满意度等等方向均明显优于对照组。结论：腹泻门诊实施风险管理是减少护理风险事件的有效措施，有助于提高护理工作质量及患者满意度。

    [Abstract] Objective: To study existence of the risk factors and corresponding risk management measures in nursing work of diarrhea outpatient clinic. Methods: There were 97 cases of patients treated in diarrhea outpatient as a control group before 5 months in 2011,and there were 100 cases of patients as the observation group later 6 months. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing risk management. Comparing of nursing effect , the observation group are significantly better than the control group in the nurses' risk awareness, the nursing risk events, and patient satisfaction for the implementation of risk management. Conclusion: The implementation of risk management in diarrhea outpatient is effective measures to reduce nursing risk events and, and improve the nursing quality and patients satisfaction. ......
