[摘 要] 目的：观察低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将74例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组38例与对照组36例，治疗组用低分子肝素，对照组用阿司匹林。结果：治疗组总有效率(92.8%)，对照组(88.4%)，两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)，治疗组未见严重不良反应。结论：低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死是安全有效的。
