苦黄口服液质量标准研究(1)

     摘要：目的：建立苦黄口服液的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别苦黄口服液中大黄、茵陈、大青叶等药材；采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中大黄酚的含量。结果：薄层斑点清晰，重现性好；含量测定大黄酚平均回收率为98.3%，RSD=1.6%。结论：方法简便、准确，可供苦黄口服液的质量控制。

    Study on Quality Standard of Kuhuang Oral Liquid

    Abstract：Objective： To establish the quality control standard of KuHuang Oral Liquid. Methods:Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and Fructus Jujubae were indentified by TLC, and the content of Chrysophanol was determined by HPLC. Results: The TLC sports developed were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference.The average recovery was 98.3%, RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable. It can be used in quality control of KuHuang Oral Liquid.
