摘 要:表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(surface-enhanced laserdesorption/inionation-time of flight-mass spectra,SELDI-TOF-MS)为蛋白质组学研究提供了最为有效的技术平台。它将芯片技术和飞行时间质谱技术相结合,整合样品分离、纯化及检测分析为一体,实现了快速、高效、高通量检测,是在分子水平上诊断疾病的非常重要的工具。关键词:SELDI-TOF-MS;蛋白质组学;诊断

Abstract:The technique of surface-enhanced laser desorption/inionation-time of flight-mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS) provides the most effective platform for research of proteomics. SELDI-TOF-MS, which combine the technologies of proteinchip with time of flight-mass spectra and integrate separation, purification, analysis of sample and realize rapid, high performance and high throughput detection, is an extremely important tool for diagnosis of disease at the molecular level.
