ICAM-1在乳腺浸润性导管癌中表达情况的初步研究(1)

    摘 要:目的:测定ICAM-1在乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)中的表达情况,并探讨其在乳腺IDC进展中的意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法研究49例乳腺IDC标本中不同组织成分ICAM-1的表达情况,并统计分析其与淋巴结转移、组织学分级及TNM分期之间的关系。结果:ICAM-1在乳腺IDC癌巢中的表达强度明显低于癌旁正常乳腺导管上皮(P<0.05)及癌间质成分(P<0.05),ICAM-1在乳腺IDC癌巢中的表达阳性率亦明显低于正常乳腺导管上皮(P<0.05)。ICAM-1在乳腺IDC癌巢中的表达阳性率与淋巴结转移呈负相关(rs=-0312, P<0.05),而与组织学分级及TNM分期无关。结论:ICAM-1的表达水平在乳腺IDC癌巢中与癌旁正常乳腺导管上皮中明显不同, ICAM-1在乳腺IDC中的表达缺失或下调可能更易于肿瘤的淋巴结转移。对ICAM-1的作用机制的深入研究有可能使其成为乳腺IDC患者个体化治疗的新靶点。

    Expression of ICAM-1 and Its Clinicopathological Significance in Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) of Breast

    Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between expression of ICAM-1 and clinicopathological findings in patients with IDC of breast. Methods: Immunohistochemical assessment of ICAM-1 was performed on different tissues of 49 IDC cases. Furthermore, their relationship with clinicopathological factors such as lymph node metastasis, histological grade and TNM stage were considered from a statistical viewpoint. Results: Expression level of ICAM-1 in cancer nest was lower than that in cancer stroma and normal ductal epithelium in 49 IDC samples, and the positive rate of ICAM-1 expression in cancer nest was also lower than that in normal ductal epithelium. Immunohistochemical staining against ICAM-1 in 49 IDC specimens showed significant negative correlation between ICAM-1 expression and axillary lymph node metastasis , other than histological grade and TNM stage. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that expression intensity of ICAM-1 is different obviously in cancer nest and normal ductal epithelium, low expression level of ICAM-1 suggests strong ability of metastasis ......
