类风湿性关节炎临床证型研究(1)

     摘要:目的:研究类风湿性关节炎的主要证型及各证型的证候特点,对类风湿性关节炎的临床证型进行规范化研究。方法:采用临床调查方法,收集770例类风湿性关节炎病例,运用SPSS软件,统计出各证型的频数,用聚类分析对症状进行归类,确立类风湿性关节炎各证型的主要症状。结果:得出770例类风湿性关节炎各证型所占百分比,并按由高到低顺序列出各证型相应症状的出现率,同时得出770例类风湿性关节炎各证型的主要症状。结论:确定类风湿性关节炎的主要证型及各证型的主要症状。

    Clinical Syndrome Research of TCM in the Rheumatoid Arthritis

    Abstract:Objective:To study the main syndromes and the main symptoms of every syndrome of TCM in the rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods: Using clinical methods of investigation,collecting data on 770 cases of rheumatoid arthritis and analyzing the statistical data.Results:At first, the percentage of each syndrome type of the 770 case was calculated. Then,the occurrence rates were arranged from high to low .Later, 770 case were Clustered and analyzed.Conclusions: To make certain the main syndromes and the main symptoms of every syndrome of TCM in the rheumatoid arthritis (RA). ......
