健足颗粒对糖尿病皮肤溃疡大鼠血清NOET-1水平的影响(1)

    摘 要:目的:观察健足颗粒(加减防己黄芪汤)对糖尿病皮肤溃疡大鼠血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选用SD雄性大鼠90只,随机选取6只为正常对照组,其余大鼠以尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶40mg/kg,筛取符合糖尿病诊断标准的大鼠用于建立糖尿病皮肤溃疡模型,并随机分成6组,模型对照组、健足颗粒干预的高、中、低剂量组,中药对照组、西药对照组。实验结束后断头取血检测NO、ET-1含量以观察健足颗粒对血管内皮功能的影响。结果:与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠血清NO含量均有不同程度升高,而血浆ET-1含量却有不同程度的降低,其中以健足颗粒高剂量组变化最明显(P<0.001),其次为中剂量(P<0.01),低剂量、中药对照组次之(P<0.05),西药对照组也有轻度改变,但无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。健足颗粒各剂量组的调节作用与剂量呈现相关性。结论:健足颗粒可通过升高血清NO含量、降低血浆ET-1水平来改善血管内皮功能,有效防治糖尿病皮肤溃疡发生发展。

    Effects of JIANZU Granule on Nitric Oxide and Endothelin-1 in Rats with Diabetic Skin Ulceration (DSU)

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of JIANZU Granule (Modified Fangji Huangqi Decoction) on vascular endothelial function of Rats with Diabetic Skin Ulceration (DSU).Methods:90 SD rats in male were randomized into two groups, namely Normal Control Group (NCG) with 6 rats, Model Group(MG) of 84 rats with tail vein injection of alloxan 40mg/Kg. Selecting the rats meeting the diagnostic criteria of Diabetes to establish Diabetic skin ulcer model for further observation, then randomly divided into 6 groups, Model Control Group(MCG), JIANZU Granule (JZG) High-dose Group, Middle-dose Group and Low-dose Group, Tang Maikang Control Group (TMCG), Metformin plus 654-2 Control Group(MNCG).In the end of the experiment, it was decapitated blood test NO, ET-1 to observe the effects of JZG on vascular endothelial function.Results:Compared with MCG, serum NO levels were increased to some degrees in all treatment groups, but the plasma ET-1 levels have different degrees of reduction.
