止痛消结丸治疗大鼠乳腺增生病的实验研究(1)

摘 要:目的:通过观察止痛消结丸对乳腺增生病大鼠血液流变性及乳腺组织病理的改变,探讨止痛消结丸治疗乳腺增生病的机理。方法:选用 SPF 级雌性 Wistar 大鼠 70 只,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、模型证实组、止痛消结丸大、中、小剂量组、阳性对照乳癖消片组,采用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮建立乳腺增生动物模型,予以相应药物治疗,空白对照组、模型对照组不用药。观察乳腺增生病大鼠血液流变性改变及乳腺组织病理变化。结果:模型组大鼠血液呈高黏、凝、聚状态,各用药组血液流变性指标大部分接近或低于正常水平,其中以止痛消结丸大剂量组作用尤为显著(P<0.01)。结论:止痛消结丸可改变乳腺增生病大鼠的血液流变性,改善乳房的微循环,是其治疗和预防乳腺增生病的机理之一。
