穴位埋线对肝肾不足型绝经后骨质疏松症证候学与生存质量的影响(1)

摘 要：目的：观察分期取穴埋线疗法对肝肾不足型绝经后骨质疏松症患者中医证侯学与生存质量的影响。方法：105例肝肾不足型绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为3组：对照组A、B与治疗组，每组35例，对照组A采用碳酸钙D3咀嚼片治疗，对照组B采用碳酸钙D3咀嚼片+仙灵骨葆胶囊口服治疗，治疗组采用碳酸钙D3咀嚼片口服+穴位埋线治疗。评价治疗前、治疗3个月和治疗6个月后的中医证侯学积分与生存质量积分的变化。结果：治疗前，各组中医证侯学与生存质量积分之间的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗3月、6月后，3组中医证侯学与生存质量积分与治疗前均有明显的改善(均P<0.01)，治疗组、对照组B优于对照组A(均P<0.01),而治疗组与对照组B之间无差别。治疗6月后两组中医证侯学与生存质量积分与治疗3月后相比有统计学意义(均P<0.01)，而对照A无差别。结论：分期取穴埋线治疗绝经后骨质疏松有良好疗效，值得推广。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of embedding thread at acupoints on postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency type. Methods: 105 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency type from July 2008 to February 2010 were divided randomly into control group A (treated with Calcichew D3 tablets), control group B (treated with Calcichew D3 tablets and XIANLINGGUBAO capsules) and treatment group (treated with Calcichew D3 tablets and embedding thread at acupoints). The TCM Syndrome integral and the quality of life scale before treatment and after 3 months' and 6 months' treatment were observed. Results: Before treatment, the TCM Syndrome integral and quality of life scale of the patients in three groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). After three and six months' treatment, the scores of TCM Syndrome integral and quality of life scale in three groups improved significantly to the ones treated before(no difference between control group B and treatment group). Additional, the difference existed in the scores of TCM Syndrome integral and quality of life scale in later two groups treated for 6 months and treated for 3 months, but no difference in control group A. Conclusion: The therapy of embedding thread at acupoints is an effective method on treating postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency type. ......
