微波萃取法提取连钱草中总三萜酸成分(1)

摘 要:目的:微波萃取法提取连钱草中总三萜酸成分。方法:选用正交试验法优选出微波萃取法提取连钱草中总三萜酸的最佳工艺条件,并与传统的醇提取法相比较。结果:微波萃取总三萜酸的最佳工艺为:50%的乙醇8倍量,于70℃萃取10min,其中乙醇浓度对提取结果有显著影响。且在最佳条件下微波萃取比传统的醇回流法提取效率提高了45.3%。结论:微波萃取法在提取时间、溶剂用量和得率等方面明显优于传统的醇回流法。

Abstract:Objective: To extract total triterpenoidic acid content from Longtube Ground Ivy Herb by microwave-assisted method. Method: Choose the best technique conditions by the application of orthogonal experiment by a comparison with traditional alcohol extraction method. Results:The best technique conditions in microwave-assisted extraction of total triterpenoidic acid content are 8 fold of 50% ethanol , 70℃ and 10 minutes. The concentration of ethanol has a significant influence to extraction result. The efficiency has been lift up by 45.3% compared with the traditional alcohol extraction method.Conclusion: It is more advisable to use microwave extraction method in industry production since it is superior to traditional alcohol extriction method with reference to extraction time, extration efficiency and solvent dosage.
