广西产磨盘草药材中总黄酮的含量测定
摘 要：目的：建立磨盘草药材总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：50%乙醇回流提取1h，以芦丁为对照品，采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果：本法在60min内测定稳定，芦丁的线性方程：Y=11.323X-00139，相关系数r=0.9997(n=6)，平均加样回收率为98.47%(n=6)，RSD=1.29%。结论：该方法简便、准确、稳定性好，可作为磨盘草药材的质量控制方法。关键词：磨盘草；总黄酮；紫外-可见分光光度法；含量测定

Total Flavonoids Determination in Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet

Abstract:Objective:To establish the quality standard of total flavonoid in Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet. Method:We extracted the total flavonoid by 50 % of ethanol for one hour in water-bath, and used rutin as a reference substance,used UV spectrop hotometer for contentdetermination of flavonoids. Result:The method was stable in 60 minute, the calibration curve of rutin at 510nm was Y=11.323X-0.0139,r=0.9997(n=6), and the average recovery was 98.47% (n=6) with RSD of 1. 29%. Conclusion: This method was simple accurate and sensitive.It can be used effectively for the quality control of this preparation. ......
