TLCS法测定白术炮制前后苍术酮的含量

     =摘要：目的：比较白术药材炮制前后苍术酮的含量变化。方法：采用薄层扫描法比较3批不同产地白术炮制前后苍术酮的峰面积变化。结果：3批不同产地的白术麸炒品中苍术酮的含量均低于生品。结论：炮制后苍术酮的含量有所降低，为白术炮制前后质量控制提供依据。

    Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of atractylone in crude and processed Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.Methods :The 3 batches of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae were determinated from different places by TLCS.Results:The peak area of atractylone was all decreased after processing. Conclusion:The contents of atractylone were all decreased after processing, providing a basis for the quality control for pre-and-post-processed Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae by TLCS. ......
