摘要：研究采用布拉德福定律、频次分析、共词聚类等文献计量学方法，对2001-2010年PubMed收录的有关中医药研究文献的时间、期刊、语种、国家，以及研究主题分布情况进行统计与分析。以探索世界中医药学的研究现状、热点与发展趋势，为我国相关工作的开展提供参考依据。结果显示：目前国际中医药研究发展较快，我国在该领域的主导优势面临挑战；针灸治疗疼痛研究、中药分析和质量控制研究、中药抗肿瘤的药理药效学研究，以及中医药疗法的有效性、安全性、实用性评价与研究是目前国际中医药的热点研究领域。

Bibliometric Analysis of International Literatures on Traditional
Chinese Medicine from 2001 to 2010

Abstract:Based on PubMed as information source, and taking use of bibliometric analysis and mathematical statistic, Chinese Medicine articles which published from 2001 to 2010 were statistically analyzed in respect of publish year, research topics, etc, aiming to look for international status and trends in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to be a reference for researchers. The results indicate that: Traditional Chinese Medicine researches have entered a rapid development stage in last decade, and China will face more and more challenges in this field. In addition, the main focuses of the international Traditional Chinese Medicine research are concentrated on the study of acupuncture analgesia, the analysis and quality control of Chinese Medicine, the study on anti-tumor activity of Chinese Medicine, and the evaluation on the safety and effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine products and practices, and so on.

作者简介：童元元(1978-)，女，助理研究员，硕士，研究方向：中医药信息。中医药作为中华民族的瑰宝，是我国文化软实力的重要体现。近年来，随着逐步被越来越多的国家接受和认可，中医药在世界范围内得到了不断的丰富和发展。要进一步提高国际影响力，巩固和加强我国中医药在国际传统医学领域的优势地位，就必须对中医药研究的国际形势与发展规律进行科学地判断和把握。本文通过对2001-2010年国际中医药研究文献的计量分析，从文献情报学角度，探讨国际中医药研究的活跃程度、关注热点以及发展趋势，以为中医药工作者了解本领域国际环境，开展相关工作提供参考和信息支持。
1数据来源与方法
以PubMed为检索源，采用主题词扩展检索，检索词选取“Medicine, Chinese Traditional”、“Drugs, Chinese Herbal”、“Acupuncture Therapy”、“Yin Deficiency”、“Yang Deficiency”等Mesh主题词，检索年限为2001-2010年。
将检索获取的题录导入Excel，统计分析中医药相关文献的发文量、时间、语种、国家、核心期刊分布等情况；并将高频主题词形成共词矩阵，利用Spss和Ucinet软件，进行聚类分析，以探讨目前中医药的国际研究状况和变化规律，并将分析结果进行可视化显示。
