【摘要】目的：探讨一阶导数光谱法检测复方醋酸泼尼松龙滴鼻液中醋酸泼尼松龙含量的方法。方法：用一阶导数光谱法直接测定复方醋酸泼尼松龙滴鼻液中醋酸泼尼松龙含量，在268.9 nm波长处测定醋酸泼尼松龙的谷-零振幅D值。结果：醋酸泼尼松龙在4.90~14.70 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好，其回归方程为D=1.163×10^-3C-0.840×10^-3(r=0.9996)；平均回收率100.13%、RSD=1.51%(n=5)，重复性良好。结论：本方法操作简单、准确，可以用于测定该制剂中醋酸泼尼松龙的含量。

    Determination of predisolon acetate in ephedrine hydrochloride and prednisolone nasal drops by first order derivative spectrophotometry

    【Abstract】Objective:To determine the content of prednisolone acetate in ephedrine hydrochloride and prednisolone acetate nasal drops.Methods:First order derivative spectrophotlometry was used.The peak amplitude was determined when the wavelength was at 268.9 nm.Results:The prednisolone acetate showed a good linear relationship within a ranger of 4.90~14.70 μg/ml,the regression equation was D=1.63×10^-3C-0.840×10^-3(r=0.9996);the average recovery was 100.13% and RSD=1.51%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,and can be used for determination of the prednisolone acetate in ephedrine hydrochloride and prednisolone acetate nasal drops. ......
