【摘要】目的：探讨胆管术后残余结石的成因及预防措施。方法：回顾性分析92例胆管术后残余结石患者的临床资料，对其成因及预防措施进行总结分析。结果：胆管残余结石多见于术前检查不完善、急诊手术、术者经验不足等。结论：胆管术后残余结石的原因是多方面的，术前全面检查、术中操作规范及合理选择术式，术中充分利用B超，胆管镜、胆管造影等手段可大大降低胆管术后残石率。

    The cause and prevention of residual stones in bile duct

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the cause and prophylactic measures of postoperative residual stones in biliary tract. Methods：The clinical data in 92 patients with residual stone after operation of biliary tract were analysed retrospectively,its causes and prophylactic measures were summarized too.Results：The more common causes of residual stones in biliary tract were as follows:the preoperative examination was incomplete,emergency operation,experience lack of operator and so on. Conclusion：The causes of postoperative residual stones in biliary tract are many-sided.Using the following means can greatly reduce the residual stone rate after operation of biliary tract,such as preoperative comprehentive examination,operation standardization,selecting operative mode rationally,utilizing B-ultrasonography,choledochoscope and cholangiography fully and so on. ......
