40岁以下宫颈病变及宫颈癌Ｅ－钙粘素、β－连接素的表达及意义(1)
【摘要】目的：探讨细胞黏附分子E-钙粘素和β-连接素在40岁以下宫颈病变及宫颈癌组织中的表达。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测E-钙黏素和β-连接素在30例40岁以下子宫颈癌、26例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及10例正常子宫颈组织中的表达。结果：E-钙黏素和β-连接素在CIN异常表达率为42%、39%，与正常宫颈比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)；E-钙黏素和β-连接素在宫颈癌异常表达率为73%、70%，E-钙黏素在宫颈癌的异常表达与CIN及正常宫颈比较差异有显著性(P<0.05，P<0.01)。β-连接素在宫颈癌的异常表达显著高于正常宫颈(P<0.01)。结论：E-钙粘素和β-连接素蛋白表达的下调可能是年轻妇女CIN进展为宫颈癌的因素。
