【摘要】目的：探讨胸膜活检对胸腔积液的诊断价值。方法：采用胸膜活检针对胸腔积液患者行胸膜活检术。结果：120例胸腔积液患者行胸膜活检术148次，确诊结核性胸膜炎33例，肺癌胸膜转移72例，其它15例，活检阳性率88%。结论：胸膜活检操作简单，对胸膜病变阳性率高，可获得病理诊断，并发症少，对不明原因胸腔积液诊断有主要价值。

    The value of pleural biopsy in the diagnosis of causes in pleural effusion

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of pleural biopsy on the pleural effusion.Methods:The pleural biopsy in patients with pleural effusion was performed with pleural biopsy needle.Results:148 times of pleural biopsy were performed in 120 patients with pleural effusion,in which 33 cases were diagnosed as tuberculous pleurisy,72 cases as pleural metastasis of lung cancer and 15 cases as other disease.The positive rate of pleural biopsy was 88%.Conclusion:The manipulation of pleural biopsy is simple,and its positive rate of pleural pathologic change is high.It can acquire a accurate pathologic diagnosis,with fewer complication and main value for the diagnosis of unexplained pleural effusion. ......
