【摘要】目的：研究Ephb4在食管癌中的表达及其生物学意义。方法：应用免疫组化s-p法检测食管癌和正常食管标本中Ephb4蛋白的表达。 结果：Ephb4蛋白在50例食管癌组织中的阳性表达率为60.0%(30例)，在20例正常食管组织中不表达，组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)；Ephb4阳性表达率和表达水平与组织学分级和临床分期有关(P<0.05)；与组织学分型和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论：Ephb4与食管癌的进展和恶性程度相关，对其发生、发展起促进作用；可作为食管癌预后和疗效评估的参考依据。
