【摘要】目的：探讨从鱼组织、血液样本的采集及提取RNA的方法和其他方法的比较。方法：应用本层析柱方法从金鱼组织所提取RNA和采用异硫氰酸胍-酚-氯仿一步法提取RNA的比较。结果：应用本层析柱方法所提取RNA具有质量高、完整性好的特点。结论：用此法获得的RNA用于RT-PCR取得满意效果，不失为一种可取的RNA提取方法。

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the methods of the collection of samples of fish tissue and blood and the extraction of RNA and compare with the other methods.Methods:To compare the method of the extract of RNA from goldfish using laminar analysis column with that of using one-step guanidinium isothiocyanate-alcohol phenyl-chloroform.Results:The RNA extracted by the method of laminar analysis column had higher quality and showed more integrated.Conclusion:The RNA extracted by this method is used in RT-PCR and the result is satisfing,which presents that the method is an acceptable extraction process. ......
