【摘要】目的：探讨局灶型Castleman病的特征性CT表现。方法：结合临床及病理资料回顾性分析10例经手术病理或穿刺活检证实的局灶型Castleman病的CT表现。结果：6例病灶位于胸部，2例位于腹部，2例位于颈部。CT平扫示病灶呈单发软组织肿块，2例可见分支状钙化，增强扫描示9例透明血管型病灶呈明显持续强化，1例浆细胞型病灶呈中等度强化。结论：局灶型Castleman病大多为透明血管型，其特征性CT表现具有很高的诊断价值。
