【摘要】目的：研究分析老年病人医院感染的危险因素，降低和控制医院感染率。方法：在2004年1月~2006年6月期间我院发生医院感染病人269例，将60岁以上的老年病人作为实验组， 60岁以下的病人作为对照组，对发生医院感染病例作回顾性调查分析。结果：实验组医院感染发病率高、病情重；实验组和对照组发生医院感染的基础疾病均以肺部疾病为首；实验组医院感染以真菌居多。结论：对于老年病人医院感染者，针对其危险因素采取有效的控制措施，可有效降低医院感染的发生率。
