【摘要】目的：对低浓度的对乙酰氨基酚注射剂进行改进。方法：以对比实验的方法，得出溶解对乙酰氨基酚最佳混合溶媒，并对其进行含量测定和稳定性的研究。结果：本实验通过对乙酰氨基酚的工艺研究生产出了25%的对乙酰氨基酚注射剂。结论：该工艺研究科学合理，可行性强，值得推广。
