3 结语

    恶性腹水为终末期肿瘤的临床表明，其治疗方法很多，但对大多数病人而言，缓解症状仍为主要治疗目的。临床上常用治疗方法为利尿、腹腔穿刺放液，肿瘤本身常规治疗如外科手术、系统性化疗等，但疗效有限。然而，关于恶性腹水形成的病理生理机制的新观点，包括免疫调节、VEGF和MMPS，为恶性腹水的诊断和治疗带来新途径。
