【摘要】目的：探讨住院癌症病人抑郁与应对方式及其它相关因素的关系。方法：用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和医学应对问卷(MCMQ)对癌症病人进行评定。结果：“回避”，“屈服”与抑郁呈负相关(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示，临床疗效、文化程度“回避”应付方式是影响癌症病人焦虑反应的最主要因素。结论：对癌症病人进行有效的药物和心理治疗，有利于减轻抑郁反应，提高生活质量。

    Study on the relationship of depression and coping style and correlative factors in cancer patients

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the relationship of depression and coping style and correlative factors in hospital patients with cancer. Methods：By SDS and MCMG scale rating the cancer patients. Results：The score of SDS was negatively correlated with avoidance factor and surrender factor(P<0.05). The multiple regression analysis showed that the clinical curative effect、education level and avoidance factor weremost important effect factors for depression.Conclusion：Taking thepromotive and effective medical treatment can reduce the reaction of depression and psycho-therapy and rise the quality of life. ......
