【摘要】目的：探讨Richard钉结合抗旋转螺钉治疗不稳定型转子间骨折的疗效。方法：38例不稳定型转子间骨折(按Evan分型：Ⅲ型28例，Ⅳ型10例)明确诊断后采用Richard钉结合抗旋转螺钉内固定治疗。结果：经6～48个月随访，疗效满意，总优良率94.7%。结论：Richard钉结合抗旋转螺钉治疗不稳定型转子间骨折较单独Richard钉更具生物力学稳定性，疗效满意。
