【摘要】目的：探讨成人麻疹临床特征。方法：对收治的130例成人麻疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：130例患者男女比为1.7∶1，平均年龄31岁。农村占65.4%，血清麻疹IgM抗体阳性率为75.4%，热峰高于39℃占63.9% ，麻疹病毒性肝炎及不同程度的心肌损害是麻疹的一个临床特征。结论：成人体内麻疹抗体量不足或消失是导致成人麻疹发病的一个原因。有必要对成人进行麻疹疫苗增强免疫。
