【摘要】目的：优选丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法：采用正交试验的方法，以利用率和包封率为评价指标，筛选丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物制备的最佳工艺条件。结果：最佳制备工艺为1份丹皮酚，24份40%酒精，8份β-环糊精，超声处理时间为40 min。结论：该工艺合理、稳定可行，对丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物的制备效率较高。
