【摘要】目的：探讨经阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌病的临床价值和鉴别诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析阴道超声下51例子宫腺肌病的超声表现，所有病例均与手术及病理结果对照。结果：51例阴道超声提示中50例为子宫腺肌病，但其中1例合并子宫肌瘤误诊为合并子宫腺肌瘤，另1例子宫肌瘤误诊为腺肌瘤。经手术及病理证实，阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌病准确率为96.1%。结论：阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌病的准确率高，同时也是一种简便易行的方法。
