    杞精消肾安汤治疗消渴肾病(糖尿病肾病)临床疗效*

    目的观察杞精消肾安汤在治疗消渴肾病(糖尿病肾病)肝肾阴虚兼淤毒证中的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月至2015年7月长春中医药大学附属医院门诊及内分泌疗区收治的60例消渴肾病患者，采用随机对照法将其分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组采用杞精消肾安汤加减治疗，对照组采用六味地黄丸治疗。均以3个月(12周)为1个疗程，根据病情需要可连续治疗2～3个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为86.67%(26/30)，对照组为56.67%(17/30)，二者比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论杞精消肾安汤在治疗消渴肾病中的临床疗效显著，值得进一步开发和研究。
