【摘要】回顾总结我院2006年3月-2008年8月收治17例老年性股骨颈骨折患者实施心理护理及心理干预的体会，老年性股骨颈骨折患者在初入院时心理比较痛苦，积极要求了解疾病的状况、疾病的发展、治疗效果等，根据不同的文化层次我们实施不同的心理护理和护理干预，使他们保持良好的心理状态，主动配合治疗，受到了较满意的效果。
