长沙地区高校体育专业大学生亚健康状况的调查研究

【摘要】通过问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法对长沙地区高校体育专业大学生亚健康状况进行调查与分析。研究表明，体育专业大学生亚健康人群比例较高。造成长沙地区高校体育专业大学生亚健康状态的主要原因是心理压力、就业压力、学业负担与情感问题以及不健康的生活习惯所导致。
