    Abstract： Objective ?To explore the preventive effect of high-quality nursing intervention on upper limb lymphedema in breast cancer patients after operation. Methods ?One hundred and fifty breast cancer patients in Chifeng Hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to nursing methods， with 75 cases in each group. The upper limb lymphedema， nursing effect， quality of life， negative psychology and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.
