    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics o f patients with diffuse coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 454 patients with angiograp hicly confirmed coronary artery disease were retrospectively analyzed, based upo n the coronery disease characteristics of angiography. These patients were divid ed as group I (277 patients with diffuse coronery artery disease),group II (277 patients with nondiffuse coronery artery disease). The clinical documents, labor atory examination data and coronary angiographies results were compared between group I and group II patients.
