    [Abstract] Objective To observe and compare the effects of asp irin and clopidogrel on CD62P and CD63 expression in platelets of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods 72 patients with ACI were divided into two groups: as pirin group and clopidogrel group. Before and after treating, the expression of CD62P and CD63 in patients with ACI were detected by flow cytometry. The effects of the aspirin and the clopidogrel were observed and compared. Results After treating, the expression of CD62P and CD63 in the two groups were lower than tha t before treating. The levels of CD62P and CD63 in the clopidogrel group were ob viously lower than those in the aspirin group, the differences were significant. Conclusions For the patients with ACI, clopidogrel can more deep ly repress the expressions of CD62P and CD63 in platelets than aspirin. And trea tment with clopidogrel is probable more efficient. ......
