摘 要：鼻咽癌目前首选的治疗方法是放射治疗，而鼻咽癌放疗期间患者最常出现的副作用就是鼻咽部的感染，导致患者的生活质量显著下降。2007年以来，为了有效预防鼻咽癌患者鼻咽部的感染，在鼻咽癌放射治疗中，我科对患者积极采取了鼻咽冲洗、自制口腔含漱液含漱、氧雾化、健康宣教、饮食指导等一系列护理干预措施，相对于没有进行护理干预的鼻咽癌放疗患者，干预后的患者大大提高了的生活质量，减少了因鼻咽放疗而引起的鼻咽部感染，取得了一定的临床效果。

    Abstract： Now the preferred method of treatment of NPC is radiation therapy, and during radiotherapy the most common side effect of nasopharyngeal cancer patients is nasopharyngeal infection, resulting in the quality of patients’ life decreased significantly. Since 2007, in order to prevent infection in the nasopharynx of NPC patients, in our department patients radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma had taken nasopharyngeal wash, oral gargled by homemade gargle, oxygen spray, health education , dietary guidance and a series of nursing interventions, as opposed to patients with no nursing intervention innasopharyngeal carcinoma, those who after the intervention significantly improved quality of life, reduced infection cause by radiation therapy, and made clinical effects. ......
