9例化学烧伤死亡病例分析

     摘要: 目的:对9例死亡病例进行总结分析。方法:笔者单位收治的所有化学烧伤患者中,9例死亡病例,平均年龄33±2岁,平均烧伤面积57±5%,烧伤化学物质为氯乙酸、硝基氯苯、苯酚、次氯酸、混合性化学物质(含苯酚、硫酸和次氯酸等)和不明原因化学物质,入院时间为伤后3-12h,均进行常规及对症的积极治疗。结果:2例死于入院后48小时内,直接死亡原因为化学中毒,其余7例死于入院48h后,直接死亡原因为多脏器功能不全综合征(MODS)。结论:化学物质的毒性作用及成分的复杂性是化学烧伤死亡的主要原因;合并复合伤加重患者的死亡。

    【Abstract】Objective: 9 death cases of chemical burns were analyzed. Methods: In all chemical burns patients admitted to the unit, 9 death cases, the average age of 33 ± 2 years old, average burn area of 57 ± 5%, burn chemicals for chloroacetic acid, nitrobenzene, phenol, sodium hypochlorite, mixed chemical substances (phenol sulfuric acid and hypochlorous acid, etc.) and unknown causes of chemical substances, admission time was injured after 3 - 12h, active treatment were routine and symptomatic. Results: 2 patients died within 48 hours after admission, the direct cause of death for chemical poisoning, the other 7 patients died of admission to the 48h, direct causes of death were MODS. Conclusion: The complexity of toxicity and chemical composition of matter is the main cause of death of chemical burn; combined with compound injury aggravate the patient's death ......
