    【摘要】 目的：观察鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻及鼻窦炎临床特征，探讨其治疗效果。方法：对2010年8月至2012年8月在我院接受鼻内镜手术治疗的非侵袭性真菌性鼻及鼻窦炎72例患者的临床资料进行分析总结。结果：72例患者随访2—4年，无一例出现手术并发症，67例(约93.1%)治愈，5例复发患者再次行鼻内镜手术治疗后治愈。结论：非侵袭性真菌性鼻及鼻窦炎患者根据临床症状选择适当的鼻内镜手术方式，具有术中创伤小、术后不易复发等优势，可获得满意疗效。
