    【摘要】? 目的? 初步了解住院患者参与肠道准备的影响因素。方法? 采用现象学研究方法，用Colaizzi 7步分析法对衡阳市某三甲医院2021年7月已完成肠镜检查的15名消化内科住院患者进行资料分析。结果? 住院患者参与肠道准备影响因素可归纳为患者参与意识较强、知识缺乏、不适应环境改变、与其他治疗存在冲突、肠道准备药物带来的不适5个方面。结论? 住院的结肠镜检查患者在参与到肠道准备的过程中存在知识缺乏、不适应环境改变、与其他治疗冲突等多种参与障碍，应指导患者主动正确参与，以提高患者的肠道准备质量。
