    【摘要】? 水痘是具有强传染性和长潜伏期的儿童常见急性呼吸道传染病，传播途径为直接接触或呼吸道飞沫传播。接种水痘疫苗为预防与控制水痘传播的有效方法，由于免疫的剂量与次数、个体差异等因素，仍有突破性水痘(breakthrough varicella，BV)的发生，具体为接种水痘疫苗者42天后又患水痘，其危害性等同一般水痘。BV病例临床表现较轻，发病早期易被忽略，其症状不典型会影响医生临床诊断，另外未及时发现并隔离病人也是造成水痘感染流行的原因之一。本文探讨总结BV的危险因素与患者临床表现，建议将水痘疫苗纳入国家免疫规划，定期开展宣传教育，增加群众对疾病与疫苗的认识，提高两剂疫苗接种率，构建有效免疫屏障，降低水痘及突破性水痘的发生，减轻社会经济负担。
